Purse $750,000. For Three Year Olds. No nomination fee. $7,500 to pass the entry box. All starters will receive a $4,000 rebate. Any horse that competes in both the Gotham and Wood Memorial will have their subscription fees waived for the Wood Memorial. The purse to be divided 60% to the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth, 3% to fifth and 2% divided equally among the remaining finishers. 123 Lbs. The field will be limited to 14 starters, with an also eligible list if necessary. Preference will be given inthe following order; Grade I winners; Grade I placed; Grade II winners; Grade III winners; Total earnings. Trophies will be presented to the winning owner, trainer and jockey. Closed Saturday March 20, 2010 with 61 Nominations. One And One Eighth Miles.
