Purse $250,000. For Three Year Olds. No nomination fee. $2,500 to pass the entry box. All starters will receive a $1,250 rebate. Any horse that competes in both the Gotham and Wood Memorial will have their subscription fees waived for the Wood Memorial. The purse to be divided 60% to the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth, 3% to fifth and 2% divided equally among remaining finishers. 123 Lbs. Non-winners of $150,000; or $45,000 twice allowed 3 Lbs.; $50,000; or $35,000 at a mile or over in 2009 allowed 5 Lbs.; three races other maiden or claiming, 7 Lbs. ( Maiden, Claiming, Starter, Restricted or Restricted Stake races not considered in allowances). A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.
