The following is the approved policy for ticket cancellation at your racetrack.

• Self-serve machines have a cancellation limit of $200.00 and a time limit of no more than 40 seconds after the bet was made.
• All tickets, save those processed through self-serve machines within the 40 second time limit, must be taken to a supervisory window for cancellation, regardless of amount.
  
• Any tickets over $300.00 (where odds or probables are displayed for the pool) will require the patron to produce identification including name, address and telephone number, prior to ticket cancellation.
• Where an association or Agency Officer has reasonable grounds to believe that the cancellation and refund of a bet may negatively impact on the integrity of the betting, the association or officer shall refuse to cancel and refund the bet.

It is the responsibility of the association to ensure that the cancellation of the bets does not negatively impact the integrity of the betting. This will be closely monitored by the CPMA.

This policy is a condition of your permit, and any variation from that which is listed above will need prior approval from the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency Regional Manager before implementation.
